Young American singer, YK Osiris was arrested last week after his girlfriend reported him for allegedly choking her on his birthday party in September.
YK has promptly denied the charges of assault claiming that his witness could testify that he didn't do such a thing.
Sources close to Yk told Tmz that the charges made by his ex are 100 percent false, and there was never any sort of assault. Tmz was told that the singer has friends who were at the gathering and plan to approach as witnesses to prove Yk's innocence.
There is also information that Yk has physical form of the evidence to proof his innocence stating that he doesn't know why his ex would act in such a manner with aims to ruin his career.
As reported by Tmz, the lady told the cops that Yk started beating right after she confronted him about a picture of another lady she found in his phone.
Sources say that Yk turned himself in with the confidence that he was not guilty as charged and would be set free and the lady probably fined or so.
