Super Eagles placed 18th on the MVNT by Transfermarket


The Nigerian Men’s football team, Super Eagles has been ranked the 18th Most Valuable National Teams in the World. According to Transfermarket, their valuation is in the region of 219.95m euros. 

They have become the second most valuable team on the Africa continent with The Lions of Teranga piping them for the top spot with a monetary valuation of 320.78 euros.  

On the top ten list of the Most Valuable Teams in the world released by Transfermarket includes:

1.      England         -           1.12bn

2.      France            -           930.40m

3.      Brazil               -           913.60m

4.      Spain              -           735.40m

5.      Germany       -           724.50m

6.      Belgium          -           679.30m

7.      Italy                 -           634.00m

8.      Argentina      -           612.15m

9.      Portugal         -           569.20m

10.  Netherlands  -           548.50m

Senegal were placed 13th while Nigeria took the 18th spot.
