The League Management Company has
scheduled September 18 as the date for commencing the submission of players’
licensing for the 20/21 Nigeria Professional Football League season.
The licensing criteria will cover
financial, legal, administrative, infrastructure, commercial, personnel, health
and safety. The LMC directed the various clubs to attach their applications
with relevant documents. The LMC and the clubs would hold virtual meetings on a
set date to assist the clubs on how to carry out the documentation process.
Shehu Dikko, chairman of the LMC
also advised the clubs to take advantage of the virtual meetings to prepare all
necessary documentations.
The spot checking of clubs by First
Instant Body to verify submissions begins from September 21 through September
26.
