PSG injury worries...might play a havoc

Paris Saint Germain now have more cause to worry as the injury list piles up. One of which could play a havoc in their quest for European glory this season.

The French club already lost Kylian Mbappe to an injury that rules him out of their quarter final match against Atalanta on August 12. He suffered a horror ankle sprain in their French Cup final against Saint-Etienne on July 24.

Marco Verratti became the latest addition as he is set to be out till September and will miss the whole of Paris Saint Germain's Champions League campaign due to a serious calf injury. The Italy international sustained a muscle injury after colliding with team mate, Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting in an intra squad game on Tuesday.

In a bizarre statement released by PSG yesterday, it says that head coach, Thomas Tuchel, was the latest victim of a sprained left ankle with fracture of the 5th metatarsal during a training session.

Thomas Meuiner has already pulled out, Edinson Cavani left the club at the end of his contract while Di Maria is suspended for the Atalanta clash.
