Nigeria National League gets new CEO after three years



A new Chief Executive Officer for the Nigeria National League  has been appointed in the person of Sajo Dandida Mohammed. The NNL has been operating without a CEO for the past three seasons since the resignation of Bukola Olapade.

 

Senator Obinna Ogba, the Chairman of the league said Sajo would resume his assignments with immediate effect.

“Nature you know abhors vacuum. We have to hit the ground running, we want to cover fresh milestones. The position of a Chief Executive Officer is a necessary one that will help us galvanize the league more and reach expected heights,” Ogba said.

 

Sajo Mohammed will be responsible for executing the objectives of the NNL, providing direction and leadership to enable the NNL board carry out its functions of governing the league.

 

Sajo is a trained lawyer. He hails from Adamawa State. He was once a member of the Security Committee of the Nigeria Football Federation.
