The South-West Governors and the Federal Government have reached on conclusion on Operation Amotekun.
The Special Adviser to Vice President, Laolu Akande, made this known to all Twitter users this evening. According to him, he said, the Vice President had a meeting with the South West alongside the Inspector General of Police and Minister of Justice, Adamu Mohammed and Abubakar Malami respectively, in the presidential Villa earlier today and it was agreed that Amotekun should go on.

Laolu Akande tweeted after the Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami, realeased a statement insisting that the security outfit created by South West Governors, is illegal and not backed by constitution.
