Max Verstappen supreme win on 70th Anniversary

Red Bull’s Max Verstappen shocked Mercedes to end their winning run in a thrilling race at Formula 1 70^th Anniversary GP. The Dutchman took advantage of Mercedes’ tyre problems in the hot conditions to take his first win in 2020.

Starting fourth, Max made the best start, passing Nico Hulkenberg at the first corner and put himself in a position where he could blitz past other cars in front of him.

“I didn’t see it [the victory] coming,” Max admitted, who got his first victory of the year and ninth in F1.
