[News] A 16 years old Kenya girl been stabbed to death by her friend for refusing his sexual advance

The policemen in Kenya are in search of the 17 years old boy who allegedly stabbed a girl of 16, for rejecting his sexual advances.

Valerian Njeri who happens to be a form 2 Students was stabbed more than 20 times by the teenage boy after turning him down on his request.

This happened on Thursday, November 28, at Mirera in the periphery of Naivasha town, which the distance happens to be less than 100 meters away from her family’s homestead.

This happened in the cause that she wants to return a book that she borrowed from a neighbor and a friend she trusted turns to be something fatal. According to the police investigators, the girl which lent her the book teamed up with the 17 years old boy and with this, the unsuspecting girl lured her into the house.

John Ndonu, the father to the victim, is yet to come into conclusion on what to do about his daughter’s death whom he described to be his first-born child and the family’s beacon of hope.

From what the father said, he said “ She was everything a parent wanted in a child. Talk alone of her educational status, that her child really loved education. She wanted to become a doctor and was passionate about it”, said the mourning father.

The 16 years old girl had scored 346 marks in the KCPE, and with this she has already secured admission in Mary Leakey Girl’s School, and was ready to join them next year.

Mary Goleti Chepleting, who happens to be her mother said “She was a staunch Catholic. We used to pray in turns whenever she was home”, she recalls.

On this fateful day, her father Mr Ndonu recalls that he reminded her of her house chores as well as her holiday assignments.
