The current president of the Nigeria Football Federation, Amaju
Pinnick, has stated he will not compete again for the role of the organization’s
presidency for the third tenure because he has other businesses to face.
“After this tenure as NFF President, I will not contest again even
though I have the right to do so. My target is to face my other businesses
after my tenure as NFF President,” Pinnick said.
He also confirmed that if given the opportunity, he will contest
for the position of CAF Presidency.
Pinnick was the former CAF President between 2018 and 2019 and was
succeeded by Constant Omari.
