Quarantine exemption for tennis players in Rome Masters

As per the new decree by the Prime Minister of Italy, players coming from New York Grand Slam will only need to show a negative COVID-19 test result in order to play Rome Masters.

The European Union requires compulsory quarantine for arrivals from the United States owing to the COVID-19 pandemic. There were previously doubts over this big tournament but the rules have been relaxed.

With Rome Masters no more requiring top players to quarantine before starting their campaigns, Novak Djokovic and co-stars can now fully focus on their participation at 2020 US Open and not worry a thing about the issue again.
