Willian confirms Chelsea exit

 

Willian has confirmed he is leaving Chelsea at the end of his contract which will see him end his seven year stint with the club. He penned down an open letter to fans confirming his exit.

“They were seven wonderful years. In August 2013 when I received the offer from Chelsea I was convinced that this was where I had to play,” he wrote in a part of his statment.

Arsenal is reported being close to completing the signing of Willian from Chelsea on a three year deal. Announcement regarding his signature to be made in due date by Arsenal.
